| Remarks | I estimated elevation using my fist, which I understand to approximate 10° I was driving approximately due west, and the streak seemed either straight in front of me or slightly southwest of west a degree or 2. The duration and brightness seemed less impressive than a bolide, but longer and brighter than a normal meteor shower flash. |
