| Remarks | We were driving home, there was fog in the area but one where we saw the “green light”. There was a light (red) on a tower that we believe to be the Dept. of Licensing, which is the address given earlier, and from our perspective, it was near that area. We saw it about equal height to that red light, perhaps higher. It was bright enough and lasted long enough it caught our attention and my husband saw it almost the exact same time I did. We had turned left from E. Portland Ave, onto 112th Ave E and saw it about 15 seconds after that. There was no traffic and we were slightly above local speed limit. |
