My window faces east facing a lake. This is the 1st fireball looking east I've seen since I have lived hear in 25 years. I did see one a few years back facing west. They both looked exactly the same.

Terminal flash
Observation
Yes
Remarks
Steady light green light moving across the horizon at a downward angle. Then it ended in a shower of sparks that shower down and quickly disappeared.
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
The light beam was steady then it just became a shower of sparks. I thought of a large cheap firework that did not flash with a worthy display.
