| Remarks | This was the brightest and slowest meteor I’ve seen with my own eyes. During the 5 seconds or so it was visible, I was able to yell, “omg! Josh! look! Look!” To my fiancé, who turned around and was also able to see it, before it disappeared into the distance. |

| Remarks | I initially saw it as a bright blue/cyan ball of light slowly streaking across the sky. As it approached the horizon it began to look like it was splintering apart, almost like it was throwing off golden sparks, and as it did this it began to turn orange. |
