Reports Report 4019bq (Event 4019-2025)

Observer
Name Elizabeth M
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks My location may be slightly off as I was driving at the time and had been for hours on end. I only know the general area and not the exact location. I remember being in OR right outside of San Antonio, Texas, on interstate 10, driving through what looked like fields; but it was very dark so it was hard to notice any major geographical details.
