Remarks | When I noticed it, it was fading then came back really bright , almost like numerous flashes of lightning then distantly faded away again leaving little sparks with dusty looking smoke. Please inform me more of this im very interested in this kinda of stuff an have done a lot of nasa type reaserch. Thank you. |
