It felt like what I imagine a meteor reaching the earths atmosphere would look like. A bright orange red streak that went so bright yellow and then it kind of made this flash that was like it was extinguished. And I could have sworn I saw a little black mass continue downward in the same direction but also think it may have been my eyes tricking me because of how bright the flash was.

It was like a bit of a black shadow of the trail. Almost like when you close your eyes after staring at the sun and see the sun dot as a black circle with your eyes closed.
