I'm on the 4th or 5th story looking out window so my sense of the horizon might be off. Seemed pretty low, but I've only seen one other before. Lower than a plane. Higher than a helicopter? It was north west of me traveling in a nearly horizontal path for the period it was visible and I'm only 80% sure i got the direction right.
