Just that it broke through low lying fast moving winter storm clouds above. I've never seen one on the inside of the clouds like that to where the clouds were behind it as it glowed and then faded away. These clouds are pretty close as well it seemed to have entered right across the street from me. I looked it up and found your link to report sightings so thats what I did.

I seen a flash which I realused was a meteor or fireball it appeared to break through the low lying winter clouds that were moving above. I've never seen a fireball break through the cloud cover like that and still provide the trail and bright flash like it was high in the night sky. It looked low, close and to have came through the clouds.
