| Remarks | This event was very visible to the bare eye, I noticed the rise in illumination as the meteor started to streak because it washed out my scope. It is very possible that the shooting star lasted longer and I just wasn't observing that part of the sky at the start, but it certainly last 3 seconds as I counted it out loud. |

| Remarks | Watched shooting star that lasted a few seconds, then flared into bright flash that momentarily raised illumination, then faded out. Flash was perhaps 2 seconds into when I noticed the shooting star, and the flash then burnt out in another second. |
