Remarks glowing, sparking, a few smaller bursts as it first came into view (was watching from inside).
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks Since I saw this from a window, I'm not sure if the flashes I saw were terminal or not. It was so bright as it came into view at the top edge of my window it attracted my attention though I was looking the other way. It was miving fast and shortly after I saw it I saw a flash/fragmentation as it neared the horizon.
