I may have gotten the time incorrect. We were camping and I did not record the time of the event. What is also incredible is that I had been looking up at the sky and commenting to a friend that we should camp during August when the Perseid meteor shower is showing off, because we live in the nearest big city north of our camp where we are unable to see the night sky nearly as well. I had only been talking about this for about 10 seconds before I saw the fireball! It was as if I manifested it!

Remarks
it broke into 2 (possibly 3, but I can't be certain) pieces right before it flamed out. Also, I want to note that my recorded time of the event is my best estimate. I could be off by a fair bit.
