Remarks Hard to tell how long the train was because at first it seemed very close to us - As if gliding directly above a trailer park across the street from where we were standing. So if that was the case I’d say the train was 15 ft or so There was only a green light for the first second or so and then a long red tail appeared. Both the green light and the tail disappeared at the same time - still over the trailer park. It seemed not even farther than the highway (101). Honestly it didn’t seem like a fireball but all my research says it so. The reasons I felt it was so strange was that it was exactly horizontal in its trajectory, and seemed very close to us and the ground. The green light was maybe 3 ft across - it seemed..?
