We were driving and the the smoke trail stayed in the sky as long as we drove past it. It reminded me of the trail a plane leaves and it stayed in the sky. I have no idea how long it lasted but was in the sky for as long as we were in the area, until we drove past of it.

It looked like a shooting star or a meteor falling through the sky. The ends looked like white sparklers and the front looked like a ball of fire.
