Remarks I observed a bright white object descending in the southern sky while driving along Big Oak Flat Road inside Yosemite National Park (coordinates 37.7662664, -119.8578136). The sighting occurred on November 1st, 2025, at 2:55 p.m. PDT. The object appeared as a straight, bright white streak moving downward at a constant angle, visible for about 3 seconds. It was easily seen in daylight and looked much brighter than a jet contrail. There was no explosion or fragmentation visible. Photos and video were taken showing the object descending toward the southern horizon.
