Remarks Uniform teal blue flash lit the ENTIRE NORTHERN SKY from horizon to zenith for ~2 seconds. Like full daylight. No streak, no moving object, no head or tail — just pure illumination. Southern sky remained dark. Observed while driving east on M-38
