The shape of this object was almost like a jet black type boomerang shape. And it only had green flames coming off of it. There was absolutely no sound and it occurred after some nearby transformers blew. Crews were out to fix them less than two hours later. And I think it's a special important to point out that this occurred very close in proximity to a municipal water tower as well as a aggregate supplier
