Reports Report 6449j (Event 6449-2025)

Observer
Name Eileen G
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks At 6 am EDT I was laying on my back in the car with moonroof open this morning and was focussed on the last a.m. satellites and counting as many stars as I could possibly detect inside Pleiades - something I am always doing! Seeing a meteor or a fireball was the not exactly on my mind, until...THERE it was! My car was facing "dead-west" and I was on my back and then the fast, orange, fireball was way up high, heading from south to north, and shooting through Cassiopeia. Dragged my eyes right off and away from counting the stars in the 7 Sisters and from following the satellites!
