Full or nearly full moon. Some high altitude clouds. High level of light pollution from my perspective. Incredible brightness with distinct fragments trailing behind. Ascending trajectory nearly straight vertical. I have seen plenty of meteors and I have never reported them. This appeared to potentially have some intact material make contact with the ground.
