Reports Report 3100f (Event 3100-2013)

Observer
Name Sean M
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks This was a very significant event, all cars on the highway moving northbound deployed their brakes. It's VERY surprising that more people didn't report this event. It was similar in size and magnitude to the event in California televised a month or two ago. Any North-facing webcam/DOT cam would have a reasonable chance at recording this event. Please feel free to call for further info.
