| Remarks | I know it sounds crazy, but it appeared to me that the larger part of the object - the bigger, hotter part - was closest to the sky with the trail of fire headed to the horizon first. All the pictures I see are just the opposite. My husband & I took side roads trying to find part of a crash site or fire. The fireball was so fast though, it is hard to describe too accurately, but if I had to draw a picture, it would be with the head of the fireball on top with the trail of fire pulling it to the ground. Regardless, probably a once in a lifetime event & I love that I witnessed it!!! |
