| Remarks | It happened so fast, just incredible as I’ve spent almost every nite since Oct 2024 trying to see the atlas comet, invested a lot of $ in monoculars/telescopes, tripods, obsessed w/the aurora & live where there’s lil light pollution. What I saw on 6/6/25 was like nothing I’d ever seen nor do I think I’ll ever see again. I have tons of diff astronomy apps, but these aren’t predictable, my only regret is not getting a pic/video but that’d be impossible, I was driving, it literally flew by in front of me so fast, I was in absolute awe of what I’d seen. Quickly googled to see if there’d be reports & read the description of fireballs which matched what I saw. Definitely something I’ll never forget. Truly feel so lucky. Absolutely amazing! |
