Reports Report 2825cb (Event 2825-2025)

Observer
Name Michelle D
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It was not a shooting star or a plane crashing, or a comet. I think it was a bolide, fireball or meteor of some sort. Very long tail. Lasted at least 20 seconds. Clear sky. Zero light pollution. Over the ocean. No cars or traffic. Just pitch black, then this beautiful fireball with a long long tail sailed across the sky - then disappeared. I was like are you seeing this??? Then tried to figure out what it was?! Crazy beautiful.
