Reports Report 2481a (Event 2481-2025)

Observer
Name David P
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It lit the horizon in that same orange reddish color for a good distance. The first site of it was very intimidating. The way it looked I first thought it was a volcano miles off shore.

Remarks I first saw it on the horizon and it most closely resembled a big orange reddish hot air ballon in shape. It also was filled with it looked like sparklers, very clear. I had to drive up to the first turn out to take a picture and that time it diminished into what you see in the picture. I have a second picture which looks like a blood moon. it was the most ominous thing I have ever seen.
