| Remarks | I was driving down the 1-15 towards Ogden when I saw it and it was approximately 9 p.m. but not sure of the exact time. Through my windshield it appeared as a red V, then turned green, now just a line, as it flew off. I thought "firework" or flare, and "what the heck was that!" |
