It was huge! There is only about a half a moon out tonight and it was double the size of the half of Moon! Only lasted a maximum of about 3 to 4 seconds and then completely disappeared. I did not observe it falling. I observed it extinguishing

It entered my field of vision with a very long trail of smoke behind it. The front of it was a combination of orange and red down to white and then it disappeared.
