| Remarks | Car next to me also seemed to slow down as it happened, also probably wondering what just happened. Facing east getting onto the 696. Ironically, happened a couple hours after looking at the night sky on my balcony asking God in my mind to show me something. This is the 2nd one I’ve seen. First one was about 10 years ago near Buffalo. |
