We had been laying on the ground just stargazing (at the Basin in Big Bend National Park). We got up to leave and turned to face Casa Grande when all of a sudden this huge bright meteor/fireball comes flying over Casa Grande. It looked like it was shot off the top. It was the biggest brightest thing I’ve ever seen, it lasted 2-3 seconds. The tail was solid white/yellow and had a bright white detached ball leading the way.
