A commercial flight followed about a minute after the object passed on roughly the same trajectory from my perspective. I’m a commercial drone operator and do some night flying so I’m always paying attwntion to airplanes and other things in the sky and this was unusual. I have the flight radar 24 app and checked to see what flight it might be that followed the object. I didn’t take the flight number, but it was a flight from SFO to Salt Lake City. I checked my compass app to see what the trajectory was and I estimated it was heading 60 NE.
I posted my observation to Nextdoor and four other people responded saying they had seen the same thing. I will post to nextdoor again to see if anyone else wants to add their observations to your website.
