I marked "I don't know" for the terminal flash/fragmentation as I lost it behind a tree as I tried to get my camera on it (I missed the photo by a second!). It seemed to be very slightly getting bigger as it fell (a sort of teardrop shape). My location is accurate to a few metres, but the angles I am less sure of.
