Remarks I first saw three red glowing balls in sky traveling slowly from the south (Long Beach) north up the coast of San Pedro; two fell toward ground after thirty seconds or so; another persisted for another thirty-forty- seconds then faded. I watched through binoculars and they had a gaseous/cellular appearance. The last red ball I videotaped briefly before it faded. Then a few seconds later there was a bright white flash over Fort MacArthur.
