Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks I’ve seen shooting stars before, normally out of the corner of my eye. Myself and my 2 children were looking up to Jupiler and a very bright “shooting star” zipped across our eye-line, its tail grew in length and width as the ball of light increased in size and brightness red flairs could be seen coming off then it seemed to turn several colours before exploding I was expecting to hear the blast as it seemed so close, in fact I grabbed my children together through fear it was a missile.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks Red fragments seem just prior to disintegrating
