| Remarks | It broke apart into orange, glowing pieces (molten rock). The breakup, to me, actually appeared to be in front of the hills on the horizon!! It appeared to break up over the Davenport Rd area, from my perspective. It was the biggest, brightest meteor that I've ever seen, so it seemed very close, especially when it finally broke apart. |
