Reports Report 2589z (Event 2589-2013)

Observer
Name DD
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks Explosion of white that turned the black-dark sky into daylight or brighter for a few moments. Nothing like a regular "shooting-star", I wouldn't even bother to report a "shooting star", I've seen dozens of those. This was as bright as the sun, if not brighter for a second, seemed to almost explode while traveling maybe, it then left a hot amber glowing, trail of debris- at almost a straight up and down angle, in the sky, (maybe a slight angle, it was all so fast) for about 3 seconds, left me with a slight concern for a minute, since it seemed so close, wasn't sure if something was going to hit or not...
