| Terminal flash | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | Bright flash attracted my attention. Thought it was a car high beams at first, then 1 sec later saw fireball trail come into view as a streak and a further brighter blob that appeared midway through the trail and burn up before the trail continued to the ground. Currently assume initial bright flash was the object, but can’t be certain. |
| Fragmentation | |

| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | As above. I think so, but not totally sure after bright blob appeared. Could be mistaken. |
