| Remarks | While it was only likely about 4-5 seconds in duration, it took my breath away seeing it pass over my home out my kitchen window as a long steady streaming trail across the night sky. It was my birthday, so was particularly memorable. I have seen satellites regularly and the odd falling star, but this was longer, brighter and continuous without fading till out of site over the horizon. |
