Remarks I was looking towards Sirius and it fell from just below it. There was no visible light before it happened. There was just a sudden bright glow of light blue. Bigger and brighter than any surrounding stars, but not bright enough to light up the sky. The bright glow lasted maybe 3 seconds and as it fell and dimmed out. It was gone before it reached the horizon. Whole thing lasted maybe 5 seconds.
