Remarks It appeared large, coming down at a sharp angle. It broke up and 'burnt out' (went totally dark) prior to hitting the ground.

Remarks The fragments followed it's trajectory; the final lit piece appearing around one third of the original object's size. Again, going dark prior to impacting the ground ..but at what looked like very near the ground, to me.
