I was traveling south on I-65 in TN around 20 miles before the Alabama line. I saw it from the corner of my eye and looked over. I saw a large bright green fireball, with a sparkling white tail. It disappeared from view behind some trees before termination. I have spent many nights watching meteor showers. I have never seen one so large appearing so close. Beautiful.
