Reports Report 7857g (Event 7857-2024)

Observer
Name Cassandra R
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks The 'head'(not sure if that's the proper name) was blue and looked 'fizzy' like a sparkler with the 'sparks' being darker blue (possibly purplish). Unfortunately the building across the street obscured it before I saw it actually go out.
