Clear sky, -12C. I was out periodically for almost 2 hours looking for Geminid meteors and only saw 3 meteors in a span of 10 minutes that night. Took over 30 pictures with exposures of 5 seconds over the 2 hours and saw no meteors on any frame.

1 fragment flew off above the main trajectory around halfway of the path and another fragment flew off below main trajectory at the 3 quarter point of the path. Both fragments were red like the meteor. All fragments seemed to be spinning.
