Remarks It came from towards the Hudson River area I was standing on side of my dwy looking up and to the right I saw it come on a 45 deg angle it first came thru in a bright green/ light blue flash streak than fragmented and flashed again at a little bit lower on the trajectory. It was two streaks It was far off in the distance and at my angle I couldn't see more . Overall it was a few miles away probably I felt lucky to witness it. It was only about a second or two and I was only outside throwing out garbage for a few seconds and happen to see this. Was one of those special moments with just the universe and I. I have a background in Plasma physics and Astrophysics so I know this was almost positively meteoric in nature. It seemed like a plasma flash . I guess it's possibly it could've been space debri, but I'm not sure it would've been this color .
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks I described above
