| Terminal flash | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | After first spotting it in the sky, it “fell” for roughly 1 second, then there was a large flash, and then a second strand fell from where the original flash took place. The second strand was about 50% of the size, and then flashed another second or so after that. Then it was completely gone. It started as a bright white or very pale yellow, then went to a greenish blue right before the flash. Then went back to white/pale yellow when the second strand started, and flashed greenish blue again at the end. |
| Fragmentation | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | After the first flash, a smaller piece started falling that originated at the first flash. This second piece seemed to go in a very slightly different trajectory compared to the original full meteor, due to the burst pushing it in the slightly different path. It seemed to go down more so than it was before the flash. |
