Remarks I was driving East on route to 260 Towards Chesapeake Bay and It Appeared Across my Windshield while i was driving with my kids. It first came into view on the left side of my windshield and i saw it for about 2 seconds as it crossed to the right side of my windshield. It was Very Bright and It Appeared to Be Really low in the sky but I have no idea what the actual altitude was
