The entire observation was between 1 and 2 seconds with a lead bright yellowish head and yellow whiteish train. The event did not provide any ambient ground lighting I could tell (I was driving to work). Fairbanks, AK area had clear sky conditions with a setting moon to the W and just brightening sunrise sky to the E.
