| Remarks | Was setting up telescope when I noticed bright meteor almost overhead just after 6pm. Was facing north towards Polaris when I noticed it almost overhead, over my left shoulder, heading towards north of east. Was obscured by house roof before it disappeared. Yellow in appearance. Sky had lots of thin cloud. |

| Remarks | I thought I saw one or two fragments as it passed overhead. These fragments would have been to the west of the main meteor |
