Reports Report 2595bo (Event 2595-2013)

Observer
Name Nina H
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks My husband and I saw this together--I called it a "falling star". It was quite visible in the clear morning sky, appeared as a round flash of white light, *fell* for a second or two from right to left, and then was extinguished. I have only seen meteors once before, in the night sky while in Australia. Our first thought was debris from an explosion but there was of course nothing on the news regarding a plane or satellite accident. For us here in Brooklyn, it was indeed a remarkable moment.
