Remarks location and time is approximate: time would be within a range of about 10 minutes, location would be in a range of about 2 or 3 miles. We were driving from Santa Fe toward Madrid on 14. We were definitely just outside of Cerrillos when we saw it moving. It looked like it was maybe 400 yards in front and about 100 to 200 yards above us.
