I was surprised how horizontal, low and blue/white and sputtering it was, with no sound. Seems like it may have landed not to far away. Called CMH tower and they said it was reported by several pilots also.

Remarks
Like a hot (blue/white) holiday sparkler. Reminded me of molten metal or the Sulfur dripping from a road flare, but blue/white. Slow moving and sputtery really.
