Reports Report 5640e (Event 5640-2024)

Observer
Name Mischa K
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks The shooting star entered my view from directly overhead, it came from behind me and went straight in front of me, then dropped over the horizon. It’s light intersected an aircraft from my perspective, so it will have passed behind it. I dare say if it landed, it would be in the Tasman Sea. It was extremely fast, I thought, did I just see a fireball? Then saw other reports.
